Cancellation + Refund Policy 

Culinary Experiences booked with Chef Kristina San Filippo or Passionately Local will require a 50% deposit of the estimated event total cost. This deposit will secure the date of your event and ensure that all event details will be presented as agreed upon during the planning meeting. The deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards a future Culinary Experience if the original event must be canceled or postponed.  We appreciate your understanding of this policy that is a standard of the hospitality industry.

Pricing

Prices listed for culinary events include the event, the food served at the event, beverage as appropriate to the event, service and recipe information provided at the event.  Appropriate sales tax may be added.

For Farm Tour Events:

Cancelations made 5 days prior to the farm tour event date can be refunded or rescheduled to another tour event.  All other cancelations will not be refunded. If you can not attend on the day of the event please send a friend in your place!

For Ticketed, Single Activity Culinary Events:

Tickets purchased for culinary events will be refunded in full, minus any credit card transaction fees that were incurred in the original purchase, if cancelation is made at least 5 days prior to the event.  Any cancelations made 2 to 4 days prior to the event will be offered store credit or the option to reschedule to another culinary event.  Any cancelations made the day before or the day of an event will not be refunded nor offered any credit. This refund policy is unique because each culinary event is unique.  We prepare menu items specifically for each culinary event that is scheduled for the exact quantity of guests that are registered to attend.

If you can not attend a culinary event that you are registered for, feel free to send a friend in your place!!

For Multi Activity (multi day) Culinary Adventure Events:

Participant understands that due to the involved logistics & upfront costs, we offer no cancellations or refunds under any circumstance. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance through a third party to cover your Culinary Adventure purchases in the event of strikes, natural disaster, health problems, and other unforeseen events in your life or the world. Special Covid Policy for 2022: If for some reason you need to cancel 50% of your retreat package cost will be held to use at a later date, and the other 50% will be refunded. If someone is able to take your spot on the trip — 100% will be refunded.
